The idea of membership in our practice is to create a sense of belonging, like being registered with your NHS doctor. It allows us to pay special attention to our regular members and to offer discounts and benefits to people we know will appreciate them. It allows you to spread the cost of appointments evenly throughout the year. Whilst there are still many benefits left to come, we can currently offer 3 levels of membership:
Niarbyl
3 free appointments, a telephone call, free repeat prescriptions and referrals.
Niarbyl Plus+
includes 6 routine appointments, 2 telephone appointments, prescriptions and referrals.
Barrule
An annual medical, 3 free appointments, a telephone call, free repeat prescriptions and referrals.
Snaefell
Unlimited routine appointments, 2 telephone calls, free repeat prescriptions and referrals.

Initial weight loss consultation
This is a 40 minute appointment with one of our GP's to discuss weight loss and lifestyle planning
Menopause discussion
An hour long appointment to discuss the progression of your treatment, your current symptoms and any further action that could be taken to make the step into the next stage of life easier.
Annual medical
This an hour long appointment to discuss any problems that you may be concerned with.Include in the appointment is a Well Man/Well Woman blood test.
Sexual health screen Including tests
One 20 minute session to conduct all of the tests necessary to give you peace of mind about your sexual health or to take the first step towards a diagnosis and treatment.
Standard video consultation
This can range from 20-40 minutes depending on your needs and allows you to gain top quality care in a setting that is convenient to you.
Medical forms
20-60 minutes to discuss and fill out any necessary medical forms.

Stitch removal
This appointment can vary from 10-30 minutes depending on the stitches that need removing.
Swab taking or blood taking for tests
One 10 minute appointment to take swabs for testing.
The cost of the tests is paid for on the day. Please call for a quote if you are not sure of the costs.
ECG
This appointment typically lasts for 20 minutes and a hard copy of the ECG will be provided for your personal records and uses.
Pre-Op assessment and tests
A 10-40 minute appointment to take all of the tests and gather all of the information required prior to a major operation.Please call for furheter details.
Joint Injection
This minor procedure typically lasts 20 minutes and acts to reduce inflammation, manage your pain, and may have the potential to heal supporting structures.
Minor operations
This includes a 30 minute appointment to duct minor surgeries landing from skin surgeries to simple excisions.
The pathology will be charged separately by Noble's.
IUD/Coil fitting or IUD/Coil removal
These appointments typically last for 30 minutes or 20 minutes respectively.
Home visits
Home visits can last for 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes depending on the amount of care you require. The price of the appointment will increase with the length of the appointment booked.
Implant insertion or implant removal
Appointments last for 20 minutes or 30 minutes respectively.
Legal capacity test
This form of appointment will have a typical duration of an hour.
Telephone consultation
Telephone consultations can last between 10-20 minutes depending on your needs and queries.

Sexual Health Screens
Our NEW "Drop and Go' service is for people with no symptoms. It involves a blood test for HIV, hepatitis and syphilis and a urine test for 7 other common STIs.
If you have symptoms book the Doctors STI check and we will examine you and discuss what tests you need done.
Menopause Clinic
A whole hour to discuss your symptoms, your treatment options and most importantly how you are going to approach the next stage of your life.
Contraceptive Choices
40 minutes to look at all the options available to you: their risks and benefits and how to manage any side effects.

Annual Medicals
These are the annual MOTs that include £200 worth of blood tests and an hour's appointment with a GP. We can look at each body system and plan your priorities for the upcoming year.
Bespoke Consultations
